QZ has plenty of experience with this kind of content and has already gotten involved in the project and understands the scope and general theme of the project.
Bad News
For personal reasons, I'm stepping away from the project. Well, truth is, I've already largely stepped away from the project. Stepping away from it at the beginning of the year, I spent some time figuring out what I was going to do with the project.
Going Forward With the Project
I knew there was very little chance I would continue working on it, so I had a few options:
A. Contact someone in the community about picking up and finishing the project, possibly with the help of others.
B. Contact someone in the community about rendering out the rounds I had completed and releasing the unfinished project.
C. Completely cancel the project, and never release any of the finished content.
Luckily enough, I was able to talk with @QZ_Hero about the project. They are familiar with the project and I've transferred all my project files, pictures, video clips, and everything else they need to work on the project. Note however, that while I never mentioned what the final intended length of the project was going to be, and still won't (that's up to QZ to if they want), what we can say is that at a minimum, the project, if they only release what I had finished, will be at-least 5 hours long! So, any additional rounds they finish will extend it even longer!
I fully trust QZ (and any others they may bring on for a round or two) to wrap up the project in a satisfying manner and to get the work out to you all! And I'm very pleased that not only my hundreds of hours of working on this project won't be in vain, but more importantly, that all of you will get to see the work & passion I poured into the project, along with the great effort QZ is putting into it!
Some notes that QZ suggested be mentioned:

Rounds that are ready will definitely be included, so current runtime of finished rounds (~5 hours) is our base. All the other rounds will depend on their available time.

Finished rounds will probably not be changed in terms of clips. QZ wants to make some adjustments to the beatbar and UI but that's probably all.

In all unfinished rounds QZ will try to keep Freddydell's style but will make things the way they find acceptable to make it easier for themselves. It is indeed a huge project.

Overwatch theme will stay (so no Marvel Rivals or any other girls).

QZ will probably make a funscript.

1080p 60fps will be the target for the release, story mode version only.
My Involvement Going Forwards
I don't expect to be involved in this project in any meaningful way in the future. I may check up on the project from time to time just out of curiosity, and help with anything they need, but that will likely be about it. I'll continue to keep on eye on my social media accounts (twitter, reddit, etc.) for some time in the future to answer any questions or concerns and such, but will eventually stop. The reason I haven't been active so far this year is simply because I just wanted to wait until I got this message out, but going forward, I'll be more responsive in the short term at-least. I expect I'll stop following socials alltogether within the Overwatch porn community some time shortly after QZ gets the project released.
I apologize for all of this, including all the delays I placed in my path along the way. Unfortunately, if I had kept the original scope of the project, I absolutely would have been able to get it out. Though, the ORIGINAL scope of the project was quickly abandoned because it focused on the new Push gamemode and didn't support the length I originally wanted the CH to be. So, the original scope of the project featuring the Escort game mode on Circuit Royal, from which the project got its name, would have resulted in me finishing it, probably last spring or summer, but my constant additions of rounds and increasing round lengths prevented that. To be fair to myself though, there has been so much high quality Overwatch porn content released since Kings Row that made it easy for me to justify extending the project's length to make sure I get plenty high quality content into the finished product.
