Thank you, Overwatch

I just played my last collegiate match ever, and our team finishes as conference champions. I think this is my swan song for competitive Overwatch. I have given years and years to this game, and I couldn't be more thankful for the people I have met along the way, and many memories I have made from it.

A few shoutouts and special thanks to some special people: Keke - my day 1. You were basically my first competitive teammate outside of collegiate. We have had countless days of playing comp together, or other games (grounded). I couldn't have been happier to have you push me as a player and was so glad I got to meet you in Toronto.

Flex - For taking me into Hivemind and giving me an Org to grow in and a community to enjoy and have a great time with. You've also been a great mentor and showing me how to mature as a leader. Also, I've had so much fun grinding games (especially open queue) with you.

Don - You're an amazing and caring person and always enjoyable to be around. So happy DuPage hired you and you have your chance to shine there. From being my manager on Varsity to being able to hang out in Toronto and play on some team togethers, we've had a lot of great times and I hope we continue to cross paths.

Hivemind Onyx - Chill ass people and was a great stress reliever when I really needed it. We need to run a few more scrims sometime.

Flustra - for being my first team, and I still have so many fond memories of our time together in OW1.

Messiah Esports, and my collegiate team - not much of the team will see this, but I want everyone to know how special of teammates they are. These people have sacrificed so many things for this program, and given up so much of their time to compete and grow. Each of the players on the team are so dedicated, constantly willing to learn, grow, and compete, and give it their all every single week. I couldn't be more thankful for them. Theresa - thank you for getting me into the program as a freshman and guiding me and growing me and helping me secure a scholarship after I got here. You were an amazing leader and I was always able to rely on you for anything inside and outside of the program. Josh - You've done an incredible job the past few years and I know the program is in great hands after I leave.

There have been a lot of people not listed here who have had a huge impact on me. Special thanks to anyone who has support Messiah Esports through ringing, coaching, or supporting me.

Anyways - I wanted to write this down while I'm thinking about it. I'm sure I'll still be around (draft leagues?), I can't stay away from the game forever.
