Looking for 2-4 artists interested in an unpaid collaborative internship. (Early team build for a 90s anime OVA-style project.) We're building a new studio & need a small group of artists that can work with the theme/style we are going for & are big fans of the classic 90s OVA aesthetics (cel-shaded look, strong linework, limited but intentional color palettes, dramatic lighting, etc.) but executed with modern tools & pipelines. What we are asking for right now: Create & design an original character concept in that '90s OVA cel-shaded style using today's technology (digital tools are fine); show us what you've got! We will give you a short brief + reference mood board once we start working together. Compensation reality check (important): This starts as unpaid. The company is still being formed. Once we launch a Kickstarter + Patreon campaign and have actual cash flow, people who stick with the project will move on to fairly paid rates/salary.
